With extensive experience in customer-facing roles across multiple industries, Jelan excels in building relationships and providing seamless support to both clients and colleagues.
Jelan has strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills which are key to ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes at JBA. With a passion for sustainable solutions and green infrastructure, he is aligned with JBA’s mission and values in creating greener, more sustainable development schemes.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, watching films, theatre shows and walking in the countryside.
