Business Almost As Usual: To Confound Covid-19
James Blake Associates has all team members now working from home, with VPN, Office 365 emails and Microsoft Teams for conferencing purposes (plus skype/ Zoom as our clients require). Work is allocated in the normal way, weekly, onto team member goal sheets, who will work from home unless they have an essential site visit, when they will travel singularly and keep isolated. James Blake Associates care deeply about the welfare of our team members and no-one need leave their homes (save for essentials) if they do not wish to do so.
All of our main development services – Arboriculture, Ecology, Landscape Architecture & Planning, have been organised this way for 2 weeks – teething problems resolved, and we are fully functional and open for business.
