Meet the Team

Elzbieta joined James Blake Associates in 2005 as a post-graduate Landscape Architect and Environmental Scientist after previously having worked as an Assistant Scientist in the Department of Forest Ecology and Wildlife Management at the Forestry Research Institute in Warsaw, Poland. Elzbieta, Director and Head of Landscape, has over 17 years experience in the industry, 9 years post CMLI, her main areas of expertise are team leadership and mentoring, project management and drawing/documentation delivery, contract administration, planting design, detailed landscape design involving a range of technical and engineering issues and innovative landscape concepts. Elzbieta is also pioneering new ways of utilising environmental solutions in landscape design. Elzbieta has extensive experience in a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, education and leisure for a diverse range of clients. Her responsibilities include Landscape Departmental management and practice promotion, team coaching, quality control management, project management, CRM and cost management. Elzbieta has developed professional relationships with firms in the UK & overseas.
