Application Success for New Dwellings in Norfolk
James Blake Associates provided landscape, ecology and arboricultural advice on a scheme which has just achieved Outline Planning Permission for approximately 205 dwellings from Broadland District Council, in the village of Rackheath.
James Blake Associates carried out a Phase 1 Habitat Survey and protected species surveys as well as the Tree and Vegetation survey and the Landscape and Visual Assessment. The findings of these surveys fed into various reports which were submitted as part of the outline application.
The plans will see a development of houses built off Green Lane West in the village, as well as a 6.5Ha landscape and ecological enhancement area on the opposite side of the recently opened Broadland Northway.
The application was approved unanimously at committee.
